The Primal You Review

The market for weight loss is a very you know very well. I have reviewed the programs of many diets, ranging from very good to absolutely terrible.

Today I am a very good review - it's called The Primal You, Derek Gatehouse, and I've been a fan for several reasons:

• Science makes so much sense to me, looks at what people are genetically programmed to eat.

• There are some crazy fad diets, Derek speaks for optimal health when talking about weight loss.

• No reduction of food. You can eat a lot and people say that it is never hungry on this diet.

• It is not just the typical e-book sales most people. Apart from a book, this course is 2 hours of video, divided into six easy to see 'episodes. "

• We also have access to more than 1,000 recipes online.

As a consumer frustrated with all the conflicting information in the market, Derek has carefully investigated the nutrition and exercise for 30 years. When his doctor told the 26 years he had to take medication for high blood pressure, began research on food and nutrition even more difficult because he had always heard that blood pressure is controlled by proper nutrition.

12 years later, at age 38, Derek was set on "Primal diet. In a few weeks he had lost weight, gained muscle, and brought his blood pressure under control. That was 13 years ago and has not taken medication since then.

The incredible part of history, he says, is that the nutrition survey revealed that the "diet that was intended for humanity" - so it will restore your body's metabolism in a state of burning fat, instead of a state of fat storage as most foods do today.

People on the site are in the diet for a long time, they also say they are not hungry on this diet, you can actually eat!

Diets as I know, and having seen the success of this program and how easy it is to understand and follow, gonna give it my highest recommendation.

THEN compare it to a Primal diet. The proof is in the pudding. (Um… but stay away from pudding).
