Is Penthesilea Suitable for You?

Because Clare has done such a thorough job with the Fast Start Installation Guide this theme will work for you whether you're an advanced WordPress user or a beginner. It's pretty much click and play as long as you are willing to follow the instructions.

If you hate to follow directions and you just want a theme that you can upload to your dashboard and forget about then this one isn't for you.
But trust me, it's worth it to spend 10 minutes following the instructions!

What Else Does Penthesilea Do?

Penthesilea is much more than just a WordPress theme. Once you sign up you get access to the Penthesilea Member Zone where you can download the theme files and the Fast Start Guide. But you also get access to a Recommended Plugin Pack, which contains the plugins that Clare uses on her sites. Then there's this great trick that lets you make Amazon affiliate links in about 2 seconds, without having to use the Site Stripe.

But one of the most useful "extras" is a Strategy Guide. Apparently Clare's brother wanted to get in on the Amazon act so she wrote down her entire strategy for him, and then decided to add it to the Member Zone too. It's pretty impressive and walks you through everything from choosing a niche, finding products that will convert, writing a review, and then finding traffic. The "how to write a review" chapter is really detailed and includes a real-life review that Clare wrote so you can see how to do it properly.

Are There Any Downsides?

Like I say if you don't like following instructions then this theme isn't for you as need to follow the steps to set it up properly.

Also there isn't any kind of options screen so you can't change the colours from within the theme. Clare has built each of the colour options as a "child theme" that you just have to upload, I think I actually prefer this method as I don't have to worry about finding a colour scheme that works!

Is Penthesilea Worth the Price?

I don't usually say this about Internet marketing products but I really think that Penthesilea is under-priced. I think Clare is planning on putting the price up at some point in the coming months so if I were you I'd get in quick
